Attracting Diverse Residents to Your Multi-Family Housing Unit
If you want your apartment community to appeal to as many people as possible, then you’re going to market to demographics of all age groups. How is this accomplished? By far the easiest way to do this is through diverse social ads targeting Millennials, Gen X and Gen Y on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
However, what happens when your multifamily marketing efforts are successful and you get the diversity you were seeking? How do you make sure that your residents are able to live in peace? With the elderly being notorious early birds and millennials having the luxury of being night owls because of more flexible job schedules, the biggest issue these two age groups may have is noise.
Therefore, it would make lots of sense to invest in a bit of soundproofing equipment so that your residents can comfortably walk around at all hours of the day without having to worry about disturbing anyone else.
Work schedules are only going to become more flexible and erratic as time progresses, so it’s very important to keep up with the times to please your current residents and potential residents.
