Stout Management Company Adds Townhomes to Its Growing Portfolio

Stout Management Company, the largest locally-owned multifamily property management company in Nevada, kicked off the first quarter of 2025 with a bang by adding a unique new asset category to its growing portfolio: Individual Build-To-Rent Homes.

Quarter North is comprised of 165 newly constructed individual single-family one, two, or three-bedroom rental homes in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The unique community offers 100 percent detached units with no common walls, no neighbors above or below, garages, and private backyards.

Recently, Stout acquired The Cove Apartments, 100 two-bedroom units just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. This marks one of four new property management assignments in the first quarter of 2025.
