One of the most popular high-rise apartment buildings in downtown Seattle is now for sale. Dimension, which opened in the Fall of 2014 on the corner of Cedar and 3rd in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, is now over 80% leased after just seven months on the market.

Dimension, designed by Hewitt Architects of Seattle, offers a European-style studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with amazing views of downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound. Dimension is located within walking distance to major technology employers such as Amazon.com and Microsoft. What makes this building stand out is the Ground Floor Project, which is a cultural program that at infuses the arts, music, food and the culture of Seattle into the community.

Broe Real Estate Group, has officially started construction on residential apartment building project that will provide high-quality housing. The twin 31-story Country Club Towers II will be located in the West Wash Park Neighborhood. The first units will be available for rent mid-2017.

Country Club Towers II will offer 552 apartments and 1,005 parking spaces. Each apartment will have floor-to-ceiling, energy-efficient bay windows offering panoramic views, granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers/dryers. The amenities include a lap pool with 26,000-square-foot deck, fitness center, yoga rooms, bike repair station, multiple outdoor patios and an indoor common kitchen and clubhouse.

New York’s New Development in the Area of Clinton
New York, NY

The U.S. operations, Mitsui Fudosan America, which it the largest real estate company and Taconic Investment Partners are developing a residential building in New York City’s Clinton neighborhood. The building will include 79 units of low-income affordable housing.

The development will feature 392 units spanning across 304,800 square feet of floor space. The North Tower will be 22 stories high, while the South Tower will rise 14 stories and will include a rooftop deck that will offer a panoramic city views.
