Stout Management Company Selected to Manage Vegas View Flats in North Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV (May 2026) — Stout Management Company, one of Nevada’s fastest-growing multifamily management firms, has been selected by Brinshore Development to manage Vegas View Flats, a new affordable housing community located at 620 W. Lake Mead Blvd. in North Las Vegas. This project is made possible with funding from lender partner JPMorgan Chase and grants from Clark County and the City of North Las Vegas.
The newly constructed 76-unit multifamily affordable housing community will offer income and rent-restricted studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments at 50%, 60%, and 80% Area Median Income (AMI) levels. Units will feature washer and dryers, eat-in kitchens, patios or balconies, and ample storage space.

Currently in lease-up, Vegas View Flats is designed to provide quality, attainable housing alongside community-focused amenities for residents. The property includes a 1,500-square-foot leasing office with a lobby lounge, management office, and computer area. Residents will also have access to a 1,567-square-foot community room with a shared kitchen connected to a fitness center, along with a 3,800-square-foot courtyard featuring outdoor seating, walking paths, and barbecues.
